The purpose of the Leading as Love is to generate and establish a new social context for what it means to be a leader: establish common ground based in our shared humanity and serve this greater good. It is for those who choose to truly lead their lives and for those who choose to effectively lead others. It is a place of truth-telling and activism for the one change that changes everything.
We use an approach that is founded on a principle that all change and transformation is self-generated and self-motivated – with minimal content and structure we can make a substantial, positive difference and achieve mastery through experience: awareness, choice, practice and reflection.
Leading as Love provides perspective through examples on the world stage and support for making choices, learning and mastery where it matters – where you live and work every day.
Collectively we create our life experience. The purpose of leading is to bring people together in a common cause – to create unity in diversity. It should be clear by now that the use of force does not unite. Only the power of love can dissolve what separates us and move us forward – Leading as Love. The only way we can unite and make progress is through love.
